Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was released December8, 2000. It was directed by Ang Lee and nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture. It’s $128 million take at the US boxoffice makes it the most popular foreign release of all time.

A few different poster styles exist, but the Chinese advance style, pictured below, is certainly the most beautiful and sough after version. It has been reprinted. The original can be found both single sided and double sided. The reprint is single sided. Both the original and the reprint measure 26 3/4in by 39 3/4 in. There are however very noticeable differences.

The reprint is not as sharp as the original and the text coloring at the top and bottom of the poster is way off. The pictures below are self explanatory.
